BROWLIFT- ENDOSCOPIC - CORONAL - LIMITED INCISION
Browlift - Endoscopic Browlift - Brow Reshaping is an operation to correct drooping of the eyebrows and improvement of forehead creases and lines to achieve a natural youthful appearance.
Why have Browlift - Brow Reshaping?
- Browlift is performed to achieve a more youthful appearance of the eyebrows and forehead.
- Brow Reshaping is used to correct asymmetry of the forehead and eyebrows.
- Browlifting to carried out to rejuvenate the upper face in combination with a Facelift to achieve an aesthetically balance appearance.
Unfortunately, with advancing age and hyperactive muscles in the forehead creases and lines appear and the eyebrows droop. These can produce the typical tired appearance of the eyes and forehead.
Browlift can enhance the appearance of the forehead and eyebrows to give a fresh, youthful look. The aim should always be to achieve a natural rejuvenation without an operated appearance. Refinements to the hairline can be performed in a Hairline Lowering Foreheadplasty (Browlift) if the forehead is too high. Reshaping of the forehead can be achieved by either reduction of prominent brow rdiges or augmentation of the forehead.
The surgery can and is commonly combined with:
- Eyebag surgery ( Blepharoplasty)
- Facelift - Rhytidectomy
The operation can be carried out either as an Open (Standard) Browlift or Endoscopic (Minimal Access) Browlift. Both require scars within the scalp, the extent of which will depend on the particular goals of surgery.
The type of operation and /or treatment required to achieve the best result for you will depend on the deformity(s) and your goals and will be discussed at the time of your Consultation.
Remember surgery will not change you or solve any life crises, but should boost your self-confidence and enjoyment of life.
