What is Non-surgical Face Lift?

The Non-Surgical Liquid Lift is suitable for patients - female and male who desire to look better, more youthful or fresher and who do not want or need surgical Face lifting. The treatment with injectable Restylane, Evolence or Laresse, can provide significant facial rejuvenation in patients with predominantly loss of volume resulting in sagging skin, lines and wrinkles. How is the Non-surgical Face Lift treatment performed?
The Liquid Lift is performed in the outpatient setting and takes about 30 - 40 mins. Topical local anaesthetic cream and local anaesthetic injections aim to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. The appropriate injectable product to achieve the optimum results will be injected into the areas of the face using very fine needles. Cooling of the skin during and after the treatment aids in reducing bruising and swelling.
What are the side effects / risks of Non-surgical Face Lift?
The treatment can cause some bruising and swelling which usually resolves in 3 - 5 days. Some reddness of the skin can occur for 1 - 3 hours after the Liquid Lift. Reactions to the Injectable products; Restylane, Evolence and Laresse are rare. Lumps or lumpiness are uncommon and usually temporary, which usually resolve in 1 -2 weeks.
Is the Non-surgical Face Lift treatment painful?
The Liquid Lift is performed with topical local anaesthetic and injections to ensure that the treatment is as comfortable as possible. Minimal discomfort is experienced following the treatment and the areas may feel mildly tender for 5 days after.
Will I have bruising or swelling following Non-surgical Face Lift?
The Liquid Lift non-surgical facelift, aims to provide a natural rejuvenation with minimal bruising and swelling. However, some patients may experience some bruising and or swelling following the treatment despite careful attention. Any bruising and swelling will usually resolve in 3 -5 days. Use of Arnica tablets and Arnica cream will aid rapid healing following treatment.
How long will the results of Non-surgical Face Lift last?
The non-surgical Liquid Lift using Restylane or Laresse is expected to provide improvement in the skin for 6 - 9 months whereas with Evolence the results continue to be present for 12 months. Refresher treatments are recommended every 6 to 12 months depending on the aging changes and desired rejuvenation.
