What are the costs / fees for the consultation?
A non-refundable fee of £150 is payable at the time of booking your initial consultation with Mr Inglefield. If you proceed to treatment or surgery this will be deducted from your fees.
Please note that due to the high demand for our service, if you fail to attend your appointment and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a consultation fee of £150.
What are the costs / fees for surgery?

Procedures vary greatly in complexity and the fees reflect this. The fees quoted for a specific procedure are inclusive of all hospital, anaesthetic, surgical fees, post-operative consultations and all necessary revision procedures up to one (1) year post-operatively.
We will certainly provide you with a guide cost for a procedure, but are unable to give an exact quote until you have attended a consultation.
In order to secure a booking, a deposit of 10% of the quoted fees will be required. The remaining fees will be due and payable at least 2 weeks prior to your procedure. Please see note on cancellation.
What happens if I cancel my operation?
Unfortunately, it may be necessary for you to cancel your operation and we request that you do so in writing. The Practice incurs costs in arranging your surgery, and the closer cancellation is to your arranged date, the more difficult it will be to offer the service to another patient.
Therefore, it will be necessary to apply the following charges, which will be based on the date that the office is notified in writing of your request to cancel.
- Before 21 days prior to date: Administration charge £250
- 14 to 21 days prior to date: 10% of the Package costs
- Less than 14 days prior to date: No Refund
Remember, a fully informed patient is a patient in control.
