Threadlift - Non-Surgical Face lift
Non-surgical face lifting using suture threads either APTOS, or Woffles threads- barbed threads, to reposition the skin, fat and muscles of the face that have become displaced as a result of aging, gravity and sun-damage to achieve a more youthful and natural appearance.
Why have ThreadLift?
- Threadlift is performed to regain a natural more youthful look with miminal risk and downtime.
- Threadlift aims to enhance the facial features by lifting the brow, cheek, jowls and neck.
- Non-Surgical Threadlift is performed to correct displaced tissues, skin, fat and muscles of the face.
- The Treadlift can avoid the risks and scars associated with Face lift surgery.
The ThreadLift, or non-surgical face lift is suitable for patients with mild to moderate laxity and drooping who desire improvement, without the implications of face lift surgery. The threads use tiny barbs (like Velcro) to grip the soft tissues and lift sagging tissues. The threads are anchored to the firm fibrous tissues of the scalpor behind the ear in the Neck Lift, thus providing long lasting results, up to 2 years.
As we age several things happen to our face. The skin looses elasticity and becomes lax, fat decreases and becomes displaced by gravity. Muscles also loose their size and strength and with loss of bone especially around the upper and lower jaws, the face takes on the typical features of aging. The skin looses collagen and with sun-damage and pollution (smoking), pigmentation (age spots), fine blood vessels and wrinkles appear.
The ThreadLift procedure will help reposition displaced skin and fat to achieve a natural subtle youthful appearance. However, several other treatments or procedures may be required to achieve a full rejuvenation of the face. Rejuvenation treatments or procedures may include; skin care- Skinceuticals, Vitage,Obagi, IPL Photo-rejuvenation, Botulinum Toxin, Isolagen or Fat Grafting and Fillers. What is right for you will clearly depend on your goals. Thus, at the time of your Consultation a thorough discussion of these and the options is essential to providing you with the highest standard of care and achieve the optimum facial rejuvenation for you.
Remember Threadlift - non surgical face lift will not change you or solve any life crises, but should boost your self-confidence and enjoyment of life.
