Ultrashape Treatment Details
NON-INVASIVE ULTRASONIC BODY SCULPTURING
Ultrashape treatment is a safe, non-invasive treatment using focused ultrasound waves to selectively breakdown fat cells while protecting the skin, nerves and blood vessels, in order to reduce or contour areas of the body with no recovery period.
- A minimum fat thickness of 2 cm in the area of concern is required for Ultrashape treatment. There is no such restriction for Synergie - Lymphatic Massage.
- Diet - Treatment should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program; consult our Dietitian for advise. We ask that you go on a low carb and low fat diet for 5-7 days post treatment. - Important to reduce fat intake following treatment for 3 weeks.
- Drugs - Avoid aspirin/ibuprofen type analgesics for 3 weeks before and after your procedure.
- Smoking - We always recommend avoid at least 2 weeks prior to any treatment.
TREATMENT 
Ultrashape - Synergie Treatments
- Location - Out-Patient procedure.
- Assessment - Area marked,measured and Photographs taken.
- Time - 3 sessions between 1½ and 2 hours each.
POST-TREATMENT
- Pain killers - Avoid aspirin / ibuprofen type analgesics.
- Exercise - Return to normal exercise immediately.
- Recovery - Full recovery and return to normal social activity in immediately.
POTENTIAL PROBLEMS
- Pain - Mild discomfort only expected, some warmth during the treatment.
- Bruising - Rare. Mild if occurs.
- Blister - Rare, usually heals in 1 – 2 days.
- Response to treatment -7% rate of non responders
RESULTS
- Expect gradual reduction in fat over 2 – 3 weeks post treatment.
