Cosmetic treatment procedures have soared by a fifth in Scotland, beauty firms say. Glasgow has been singled out as a “boom city” for procedures such as lip enhancements, liposuction and boob jobs. According to surgeons over the border, England saw the growth over the previous five years but Scotland has now taken over and it’s where the growth is.
