“I’m so proud of myself! I’ve upped my activity levels by walking my dog for hours on Saturday and Sunday. The sunshine helped of course. Plus, I’m drinking lots of water every day, I’ve cut out juice and my diet is so much healthier. I haven’t eaten any fatty foods at all and I’m eating lots of salads, soups and fish. I even swapped my usual glass of wine for lower calorie vodka when I went out for my friend’s birthday on Friday night!”
