Skin Complexion Analysis London

YOUR QUESTIONS

The computer-controlled Skin Complexion Analysis System ensures our ability to reproduce your facial photography between time points with built-in positioning aids and standardised lighting. This allows us to record standard, cross-polarized and UV photography and measure surface and subsurface skin conditions. When needed, the Skin Complexion Analysis System even has a tool that lets us zoom in and magnify image areas for closer examination and review with each patient. Once done, the reports are customised for each patient in an easy to read format with includes recommendations for your skin care.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Q: How does the Skin Analysis System Work?
A: The Skin Complexion Analysis System scans your skin and captures key visual information, using multi-spectral imaging and analysis, of eight areas that affect your skin’s health and appearance. We use this to measure your skin pigmentation, pore size, porphyrins (evidence of bacteria), UV spots, photo damage (typically from sun damage), texture and wrinkles. With this quantitative assessment of your skin, we compare your skin’s features to other individuals of the same sex, age and skin type and provide you with you relative skin condition within your peer group. We then prepare your personal skin care regime and rejuvenation program.

Q: How long does the Skin Analysis System take?
A: Your Skin Complexion Analysis will take just a few minutes, and is a comfortable process at all times. Once complete the review of your results and consultation take an hour, focussing on your specific problem areas and comparing your results with others of the same age, sex and skin type. Your analysis will also include your personal treatment recommendations.

Q: How often do I need a Skin Complexion Analysis?
A: Your first analysis report will become your baseline from which we can measure your progress. Depending on your skin conditions and your goals, we will perform additional analysis as needed throughout your treatment program.
